Making Sentences Negative: Negation
There are several ways to make a sentence negative.
1. Put 'no' right before the verb. Yo no camino con el perro en el parque.
2. Nunca = Never. Nosotros nunca lavamos el carro.
3. Nadie = Nobody Nadie mira la televisión.
4. The following table shows the forms of 'any'. They must agree with the noun that follows them.

Examples:
1. Yo no tengo ninguna tarea. I don't have any homework. (Homework is feminine and singular, so ninguna is used.
2. Mis amigos no tienen ningún dinero. My friends don't have any money. (Money is feminine and singular, so ningún is used.
3. Gloria no toma ningunos refrescos. Gloria doesn't drink any soft drinks. (Soft drinks is masculine and plural; thus, ningunos is used.

Ellas no tiene ningunas calculadoras.
